attempted manslaughter (as someone mentioned) would be a good one to start; and have it stick on their record for the rest of their lives.
not that these hood rats will ever be in a position where anyone would care about their past/resume etc, but still.
these type of shitbags do crap like this because there is no 'real' recourse. They know they might go to juvenile hall, or some sort of 'punishment'.....but do you think they care? nope.
