A friend of mine worked for an ad agency. His boss sent him on a Saturday business trip to LA. He left the house for the airport at 8AM, at 9AM the plane didn't make it to the airport, had to land in Chicago for repairs, so his flight was cancelled. Returned home by 10AM, his boss who sent him on the trip is in his bed, with his wife, and both his kids were in the house.
Then on Monday his boss fired him, and his wife moved in with him and took both kids with her.
He hadn't been unfaithful to her, and was a great father. Just a suck deal for him. He got the kids back in a custody battle.
