I'll agree that they need to improve, and that also means that they are going to have to be more aggressive.
When you're on the road against the top offense in the league, you have to take a bit more chances- especially when you are trailing the entire game.
They should have:
Gone for the touchdown on 4th and goal at the 1 yard line.
Attempted to long field goal, in Denver with the things air, at the end of the 2nd quarter.
Down 14 points, sitting at the Denver 41, they should have gone for it on 4th down. We ended up punting the ball and it easily turned out to be a touchback. Colequitt all game was doing fine with kicking for a good distance, but it was apparent that he was having trouble punting the ball to pin them back inside the 20. He ended up overkicking it of quite a few of his punts. He just didn't have a good handle on dropping the ball where he wanted to.
Down 2 scores, and given the field position on the road you gotta take that chance and let the cards fall where they may.
