If Manningham wasn't on an opening day roster (IR and PUM means he was not on a roster) he won't show up in free agency until after week 17 or so (might take us some time to process the data once we get it).

Players are available in Sandbox the same weeks they were available in the NFL. Carl Nicks will be available for the early part of the season. Manningham will be available only in the latter part of the season.
