Staff personnel at many gyms who are FAT asses and feel compelled to either show you around or explain pieces equipment. No. You are FAT and that 'Gold's' golf shirt doesn't mean you're some kind of elite trainer; go away and read a magazine while peddling on a stationary bike.
The PBR thing is very interesting to me. My friends' son (who's 22), is always talking about PBR; "hey you wanna beer? PBR ok"? "Hey, let's pick up some beer; PBR".

I asked him what his fascination with PBR was and hi indicated something along the lines of that it wasn't a hugely distributed beer (which is wrong of course) etc. I told him it's basically piss beer that people only drank because they were broke when they were teenagers. Don]t get me wrong, I'd rather have a PBR than a Bud Light. But this kid is acting like PBR is some sort of micro-brew or something.
