Probably similar to the XBox One units that will be available December 8th as well that they're not restocked units just people who didn't pick up their pre orders. The fact that both systems will be back in stock on the same day shows it's probably Best Buy holding initial stock back and releasing it when they want to to help boost sales figures for a slower sales weekend.
