Hey, I'm fairly certain he got Tarrell Brown for Quinn. Brown was coming off a season as one of the top cover corners in the league and Quinn had a solid but unspectacular soph season.
My Quinn fetish was a victory of scouting over stats. I saw him play a game for STL last season and thought the guy looked like he could be a destroyer of worlds. I started chasing him in both leagues immediately. I was able to get him fairly quickly in League 2, wasn't able to get him in league 1 until this last off-season.
