Once again no Andrew Luck in this years draft as Kiper and McShay are putting the top QB's in the 10-20 range. Do teams go TrueFan and take the higher rated player or do they go SmartFan and take a QB at the top of the draft over a higher rated prospect at a different position. It will be interesting to see.
