This was kind of fascinating for me because I grew up in Seattle, WA but I was raised by a dozen trailer park, red necks from the country just outside of KC. At least that area was country when they all grew up there.

My 3 cities were Spokane, WA - Boise, ID - Des Moines, IA

No real surprise there, I guess.
