4. Teams that still whiff on top-end draft picks have further incentive to draft a variety of positions near the top of the draft. We'd see more WRs and CBs get taken near the top instead of the usual QB, OT, DE. We'd also see a lot more trades happening at the top of the draft. Which is exciting for everybody. It makes the chicken bones in Chris Berman's vocal cords vibrate with anticipation
