Could spend that much money to just build a computer that will last just as long, with room to upgrade in the future, and have the benefits of cheaper/free games, that offer a better gaming experience, and not have to buy a computer.
Swap out that motherboard in that build I linked for
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813130637 and you've got a computer that can sli/crossfire in 8/8. You will not beat that on a console in the next decade and you wont save more money on the console over that timespan.
