You'll get gifts from friends and family that will help fill in the list. If you have friends and family like mine, you won't have to buy diapers, wetnaps, and baby clothes for 3-6 months.
The baby showers that her friends had for my wife almost filled up the baby's room with the above.
And don't get me started on Grandparents...
