Nothing in the text to McFly was threatening or offensive and the individual was simply responding to instigation put forth by McFly. (And who knows what they initially sent - you could be opening up a whole new can of worms for CP'ers as the cops, if involved, could also start investigating the texts sent from members here and who knows what those dumb bastards might have sent, as well as you providing said number and instigating the unilateral CP assault on said individual.)

I'd stay as far away from the cops on this one as I could at this point. You've basically killed their potential for involvement until a real crime occurs.
