Might be a little wordy for a resume, but might fit on an application:
"I am comfortable working in a multi-ethnic environment and excel at incorporating the contributions of all team members.....except the Irish. They never have anything to contribute except the foul smelling unwashed stench of rotten potatoes, and you would think that with 'Irish Spring' made especially for the Irish, they might take a bath once in a while, but no, they would rather spend their time fighting and squandering what little money they can scrabble together on cheap Irish whiskey and green beer instead of feeding the herd of grubby little kids they have back in some squalid little shanty. God I hate the Irish! But other than that, I have a proven track record of success and enjoy working in a diverse environment."
Edit: If the hiring manager's last name starts with an "O'Somethingoranother" you might want to tweak the wording just a bit.
