1) Go buy some thawed wings NOW!!
2) Mix 4 eggs, 1/5 cups of butter milk (see below), pepper, and usually some chicken seasoning

9) After that you let the rest for 3-4 minutes on paper towels, and fold in you favorite wing-sauce to taste.
If you don't have butter milk just mix 1 tablespoon of either white vinegar or lemon juice into a cup of milk and let it sit for 5-10 minutes. Works fine every time...
