Srsly.... After that write-up and NOW you tell us you're a food pussy!
1) Coat wings in olive oil, salt and pepper (or a rotisserie chicken seasoning)
2a) Grill (better) over medium-high heat indirect or it'll flame-up and you'll have crispy kritters) intil a nice color of brown. Take the two-bone wings off, and leave the one-bone ones on for another 3-5 minutes. Let rest 5-7 minutes.
2b) Put in 400-degree oven (kinda gay) on a raised-side cookie sheet with raised wire rack in it. If you put tinfoil under the wire rack, you'll save some clean-up time... Bake until golden brown - usually takes about 20-25 minutes. Remove the 2-bone wings, and let the 1-bone wings go another 3-5 minutes. Let rest for 5-7 minutes.
3) Place in bowl, fold-in your favorite sauce. Add a little honey to most any sauce and more people will like them.
4) Place back on rack and put back in the oven for 3-4 minutes.
