With so many choices out there, you'd need 3-4 catogories alone. Just look at the menu at BWW!!! Then you'd have to listen to a bunch of clowns scream and shout about shit like Honey-BBQ sauce being gay and you need to go nitro-hot...
My thing is having any number of bowls out so I can make the wings "to taste" for my guests. I start with three types already made (Hooters-hot, Hooters Mild, and Honey Teriyaki), and I guess it's 5 since I also offer "plain" fried and "plain" grilled too. The initial hooters wings are fried and the Honey Teriyaki are grilled, but after that I'll make them any way they want them. So I fry some, and grill some others, after that it's a "how do you like yours?"
Lord only knows if my neighbors will starve if the Chiefs are ever in a Super Bowl because if they are, I'll prolly actually focus on the game instead of cooking...
But I say when it comes to wings, you might as well just pick what you like from the shelf and let it go.
