Looks like you have four 12V rails running at 20A each which seems kind of light.

According to EVGA, the max power draw for your GPU is 170W, or about 14A at 12V.

In fact, I found this at the bottom of the page for your GPU:

Requirements

Minimum of a 500 Watt power supply.
(Minimum recommended power supply with +12 Volt current rating of 30 Amps.)
An available 6-pin PCI-E power connector and an available 8 pin PCI-E power connector
Total Power Draw : 170 Watts
