My friends lived in the hilly Ozarks down a couple of miles of steep dirt roads with overhanging trees. Zero plowing happening. They'd park their cars (which were all AWD/4WD vehicles anyway) out on the blacktop then user their 4wheelers to shuttle back and forth to their vehicles.

He lives in rural Jefferson county, Kansas.. Funny thing is I work with three other people that all live around him and they were here yesterday. If he didn't have a track record of calling in/leaving early, showing up hungover and constantly bitching about his job.. I'd give him the benefit of the doubt. I'm sure right now he is on his 17th beer and 45th cigarette of the day.
