Unlike most of us, Martin can't just pickup and change jobs. He can't say, I'm over Miami, I want to go play with KC.
If he didn't like what was happening and it became clear that if he did report the abuse, he would have been made even more of a pariah, then his actions are completely justified.
People want to say, "Oh, he's being a bitch," which I can't exactly argue, but nobody is offering up what he should have done instead.
