I doubt I'd scream, but I'd probably drop an f-bomb or two. I actually witnessed a guy blowing his ACL...he was throwing a kick and just landed on it wrong. He was able to walk, but any kind of lateral movement was pretty much impossible for him until he could get surgery for it
