No, whether he's innocent of doing what he did is a matter of fact. In reality he either did it or he did not do it. So, in fact, he is either innocent or he is not. Whether he did the crime or not was not proven in court. The court decided there wasn't enough evidence to prove he did it. They did not prove that he is innocent.
