Report: Dee Ford won’t work out for medical reasons
Dee Ford might play with good technique, but he won’t work out at the Scouting Combine at all.
According to Scott Hanson of the NFL Network, Ford won’t work out with the other defensive linemen today for medical reasons.
The particulars of the absence of the Auburn defensive end weren’t mentioned, and will obviously be worth following throughout the day, as he was considered one of the top prospects at his position.
If it’s a short-term problem, he’ll have a chance to make up for it at his pro day, but being scratched by doctors in Indianapolis is always going to be a concern.
