just finished my ab routine - now I'm going to work out w/ these pathetic dumb bells.
ok well I still feel my rotator strain - Is this normal to take three weeks to get better?
Also, It's not that I'm in tremendous pain - it's just annoying knowing I can't go full out - due to it saying 'hello remember me????' - and then the paranoia sets in and you just work out lighter as a result of the piercing fear of re injury.
I'm ltd. to 30# dumbbells while physical therapy'ing, I just want my routine back. I can't stop now -
