Until they create a diving/exaggeration foul to disincentivize, it very much remains a part of the game.
Oh, I think the fact that I feel differently about Smart than the haters has quite a lot to do with it.

I'm just saying even that could help. Getting a call or two can go along way in close games in neutral court situations.
