ED requires certain checks and balances. Nobody around here, liberal or conservative, wants the state taking their land to build more casinos or the other garbage of lies they're trying to peddle.
So they chose an emotionally charged issue, one regarding "human rights" and broke down those checks and balances in the courts. People were so worried about "persecution" (on one side) and "gays taking over" (on the other) that nobody even noticed.
EDIT: He started his post with "There is more to the agenda than just wanting respect and equality". I probably should have just quoted him instead.
