You may not like it as much but it's a hell of a lot easier on your joints and shins and all that. Maybe you could cycle off another 20 or 30 pounds and then try running again...

I'm going to have to use the cycle. The mile walk I did today plus weights made me feel like it was a wasted workout day.
The big issue with the cycle is the seat hurts my taint and my arms get no work at all.
