Yeah, the surviving members are the ones who carry the burden.and trying to figure out what a person was thinking at that point is impossible. My son left no note as far as written words. We found some crazy stuff he had been painting afterwards, and there were hidden messages in them. It is still very disturbing. I'll never get over it, no parent would. But I have no choice but to push forward. Still got 2 daughters that need me. All you can do is be there for him. Everyone grieves differently. Each member of my family handled it in a dif way.
