I filled out a shirt nicely,but now at 35 I think I enjoy seeing some of that muscle hidden under that bf that I carried at 240ish. You may not, but I know I have and I know it seems to be a fairly common thing with a lot of people that are lifetime lifters. I think I saw Tooge mention he kind of shifted gears a bit about 35 as well as focus more on leaning out.

Oh I've already felt the shift as I've taken the past few months to lose about 20lbs for Hawaii. I feel better and look better. Too bad my strength has gone in the shit. I've promised my wife I wouldn't touch the "good stuff" until after we have kids. I know that can help keep the strength and lean you out as you get older. I like being leaner but the strength loss that comes with it is mentally brutal for squats/deads.
