I just think it wasn't smartly scripted. Too many clunker lines and some of the character decisions and plot progressions were questionable.

But I agree. Generally speaking it was enjoyable, a pure popcorn flick. Lacked the pure enjoyability of the Marvel pictures, and lacked the gravitas of the Dark Knight trilogy.
