I don't get how they would hold up anyone.
I think thats what I hate most while driving. I'm in the left turning lane and the guy in front of me won't move up into the intersection while the light is still green or yellow. I've waited in the turning late for 3 light cycles because the douchebag in front of me wouldn't inch up into the intersection. Pissed me the hell off.
