Nope. Pudding didn't make the cut. The Jello with Heavy Whipping cream has saved me quite a few times. It takes care of the sweet tooth.
The Atkins bars are where the carbs come in, but some of those are sugar alchohal and I think that's something else where each person's body treats it differently. I just focus on the strips.
