It actually loads the legs with a good amount of resistance, so if your gym doesnt have a sled or something similiar, its your best bet for eccentric-less loading. Sprinting on a treadmill just doesnt feel good to me, I'd rather run hills or push something, but to each their own.

Oh, we have a prowler. I'm pushing it in intervals twice per week as well. Flat. On the ground. Not on an incline. Just the thought of that makes me shudder...lol.
