They're basically clinics that open up as an excuse to dish out TRT. There are similar "weight loss" centers that dish out adderall as a weight loss aid. Go in and tell them you're having problems keeping weight off. As a bonus, tell them that you can't focus at work and that this has always been a problem for you. They'll write you a scrip for some amphetamines and send you merrily on your way. A know TONS of professionals who do it.
