If Teddy Bridgewater is sitting there @23, I'm thinking we trade down for the best offer from somebody jumping over Cincy to take him.
Think if it's me in the war room though, w/ no extension yet for Alex Smith, I pull the trigger.
I would NOT take Manziel, would definitely trade out.
