She said she wanted Olive Garden meaning "Take me now". You said you were going this weekend which probably came off as "No, thanks. I'll be going this weekend."
You and her have been "dating" and she knows you're fresh on the market. She also knows you won't have your kids this weekend and you didn't invite her so she made a huge leap to the conclusion that if you're going to a sit-in restaurant, you must be taking another woman.
It's really not even that crazy of a conclusion given what I know (which is, admittedly, not much at all). If I were in her shoes I probably would have assumed something similar but I'm not batshit and I know how to communicate so I probably would have outright asked who you were going with.
That chick is insecure to a fault.
