Yes. They really help in keeping them from getting worse.
They can slip down if your pain is high, but I have long ass legs so they sat below my calves.
In order to operate them best, wrap them tight as hell. Get ****ing mean about it. They'll stay if you get them tight enough, and as long as the pad is where it needs to be, that's what needs to happen.
I strongly recommend them.
