They will be once I limber my arms up a little bit. For now, they hurt my wrists...lol. Just have to work on them.
Tonight was 3/15 dead lifts (@ 95 lbs), 3/15 straight leg dead lifts (2 @ 95 lbs, 1 @ 115 lbs), and then superset:
21 thrusters with 45 lb barbell

Thrusters kicked my ass! That when I asked if working on front squats would help. He said yes, and spent time trying to correct my form. I have the hardest time keeping my elbows up so the bar can rest on my shoulders. At one point, he asked, "Are you choking yourself right now? 'Cause you kind of look like you're choking yourself right now."
