Barring injury, this is what the rotation will look like eventually. Ned/Dayton don't seem to want to throw Duffy in there just yet.
Looks like they are taking the opposite approach with Chen from last season. Last season he spent the first part of the season in the pen and became a starter later on. This year they are using him as a placeholder in the rotation for Duffy for as long as they reasonably can.
EDIT: either way, Ned/Dayton don't believe Chen holds up as a season-long starter. He will definitely be moved to the pen eventually.
