You should have access through CNBC on your cable/satellite provider.
Game 1 was blacked out on CNBC, and TWC isn't part of the nbcsports online thing because NBCS is part of their sports tier (which I have).

There was a Kings/Blues game on CNBC last year that wasn't blacked out, so I'll have to check to be sure. A friend of mine in Avalanche territory who doesn't have Altitude has the same issue... he wasn't blacked out for game one, but was the other night, even though both were on Altitude.
