I don't think it changes the legal age does it? It just basically makes it against the law no matter the age correct?
Either way it is bullshit. If you are an age of legal consent you are an age of legal consent. That doesn't change just because someone is your teacher or mentor.
That doesn't mean the person shouldn't be fired from their position but there should be zero charges.
