In any case, for every bad thing someone can bring up about dairy, you can find something good. For instance, incorporating dairy into dieting has been shown to produce a greater weight loss than similar caloric restriction without dairy. While it's true that many people have dairy intolerances of some sort, many people do not (Thanks, evolution!). It's all about the individual.

I love ice cream, cheese, and milk shakes (no longer like plain milk), but it just wrecks my stomach and turns me into a reaking gas bag of flatulence.
It just amazes me the number of people I talk to who complain about their stomachs and digestion, then look puzzled when I ask if they ever tried to eliminate dairy. I mean , you'd think it would be worth a shot.
