LOL. Ok Roundup. I'll concede a very minimal scrap to you and that is on "particular player," which I never talked about. I talked about player type, and that is affected by the coaches, you better believe it. If you don't, then I think its high time for some research into the draft process. If you think that coaches sit idly by and let the pieces come together as they may, well that is as far off of the truth as you'll get.
Coaching schemes dictate player types that are scouted and drafted. Coaches are asked to evaluate players and often break ties in the processing of boards.
