No, I don't.
Even if we agree that Smith is an average passer (I think he's above average in some areas and below average in others), Smith has the ability to improvise. To make things happen when the play breaks down, especially with his feet.
Aaron Murray doesn't have those things. He's not a scrambler, he doesn't improvise well, and more often than not when the pocket collapses, so does he.
Murray, for me, is the definition of average. He's a prototypical game manager that does everything just good enough to be a backup QB.
