I'm not planning on changing anything about it at this point because it's not even a big deal. I made the switch about 2 weeks ago and it's only happened twice, lasting for about 15 minutes each time. I'm just curious what's causing it..

Cereal is about the worst thing I can eat. Between the dairy and the grains I would be a bloaty, zitty mess. I go with fruit and coffee when I'm in a hurry. Eggs and meat if I have more time.
