Is this normal? I've had a lot of anxiety due to the surgery. I'm just curious as to whether or not I should finish my antibiotic course before calling the Dr. back?

Keep taking your antibiotics and call your doctor or urgent care. You don't want to **** around with strep throat. If not treated properly, it can lead to systemic infections, like septicemia.
