I think a great prank would be if someone skipped the cleansing drink and ate two cans of pickled beats the night before a scope. Well it might be funny I guess until the doctor figures it out and leaves a bed pan or something in your rectum.
That said I'd pick your favorite food. Mine is pizza. I'd get a good local pie and enjoy the shit out of it. (no pun intended)
