OJ was in deep gambling debt back in the early 90's. He owed a lot of $ to some very shady characters. It's entirely possible NBS was executed because of OJ's gambling debts and poor old Goldman was just at the wrong place at the wrong time. Or, OJ just killed NBS in a fit of jealous rage. Either way, yes, he is entirely responsible for both victim's deaths.
