Cage and Rita die killing the Omega. The scientist and general reveal to the world what happened. It was very rough and didn't last long. The General was also briefly replaced by the guy that plays The King Beyond the Wall in Game of Thrones and Caesar in Rome. Also Jeremy Piven was in it for a while playing the guy who railroads Cage in the first place. I enjoyed this more because there's a moment where he knocks out Piven and says it "never gets old". I'm sure a lot of people who know Piven personally would agree.
