My initial question is why this is a government issue. It's an organization deciding whether to put TV cameras at their place of business. That's between them and the broadcasters.
If the public is paying for the venue, though, then I guess it comes down to how that agreement was negotiated. My true opinion is that the public should stop paying for the venue of a sham nonprofit.
